1.Who we are
TenderRadar is an independent analytics service for public procurement in Azerbaijan. For any question about your data, write to info@tenderradar.dilami.pro.
2.Data we receive from you
- Your email address. It is how you sign in: we send a link to it, and the service has no passwords.
- Company profile data, if you provide it: name, tax number (VÖEN), description of activity, categories, keywords, regions, budget range and website.
- Working data: tenders you add to My tenders, their statuses, your notes and bid amounts.
- Telegram data, if you connect the bot: chat identifier and type, group name and notification language.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, kept by our hosting providers to run and protect the service.
We do not receive or store payment data.
3.Data from public sources
The service shows information published on the unified public procurement portal etender.gov.az: procurements, buyers, winners, contracts, procurement plans and buyer notices.
Some suppliers are sole proprietors and individuals. Their names are shown as published on the portal. We do not store the contact details of buyer staff (names, phone numbers, email addresses) that the portal attaches to notices.
If you believe information about you is shown incorrectly, write to info@tenderradar.dilami.pro.
4.Why we use data
- To let you sign in and use your account.
- To match tenders and procurement plans to your company profile.
- To send the email and Telegram notifications you have turned on.
- To protect the service from abuse and fix errors.
- To answer your requests.
We do not sell data, show advertising or share data for advertising purposes.
5.Legal basis
We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data": on the basis of the consent you give when signing in, and to perform the Terms of use.
You can withdraw consent by writing to info@tenderradar.dilami.pro. We will then delete your account and the data linked to it.
6.Who we share data with
Only providers the service cannot run without. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and sending sign-in emails. The database servers are in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Telegram: delivering notifications, if you connected the bot.
- OpenAI: analysing the text of lot lines. Only the published procurement text is sent; it contains none of your personal data.
These providers operate outside Azerbaijan, so data is transferred abroad. They apply encryption and industry-standard safeguards.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities only on a request based on law.
7.How long we keep data
For as long as you have an account. After a deletion request we delete the account and the data linked to it within 30 days.
Request logs are kept by the hosting providers for a limited period under their own rules.
8.Your rights
- Learn what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and data.
- Withdraw consent to processing.
- Turn off notifications or disconnect Telegram.
You can change your company profile and notifications yourself under Settings. For anything else, write to info@tenderradar.dilami.pro from the address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.
9.Security
Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data in the database is separated: every user sees only their own company data. Access keys are stored separately from the code.
10.Age
The service is meant for companies and their staff and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11.Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: for signing in and for the language you chose. They are described in the Cookie policy.
12.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We will tell you about significant changes by email.
