1.The service
TenderRadar collects published data on public procurement in Azerbaijan and uses it to show a tender catalogue, analytics on buyers and categories, decision cards and notifications.
2.Independence and data source
TenderRadar is an independent service. It is not an official resource and is not affiliated with the operator of etender.gov.az or with any public authority.
Data is taken from the portal and may appear with a delay or contain errors from the source or from processing. Before you bid, check the procurement terms on the portal: it is the only official source. Bids are submitted on the portal, not through TenderRadar.
3.Analytics are not a guarantee
Verdicts, chance estimates, price corridors and suggested amounts are calculations based on the history of published procurements. They do not guarantee an outcome and are not legal or financial advice. You decide whether to bid and at what price.
Information about buyers and suppliers describes published facts and shares and makes no assessment of their intentions.
4.Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for access to that mailbox and for activity in your account. Company details in your profile must be accurate.
5.What is not allowed
- Bulk-downloading the service data by automated means or reselling it.
- Interfering with the service or circumventing access limits and security measures.
- Impersonating another person or company.
- Using the service to break the law, including spreading false information about buyers and suppliers.
6.Price
The service features are currently free. Paid plans may come later: we will publish their terms in advance, and paid features are switched on only by your explicit decision.
7.Rights to the service
The software, design, texts and calculations of TenderRadar belong to the service. The underlying procurement data remains public information from the source.
8.Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and the data accurate, but cannot guarantee either.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, for decisions made on the basis of the service data, or for interruptions of etender.gov.az and other providers.
9.Ending use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may restrict access if these terms are breached.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We try to settle disputes by negotiation; if that fails, they are heard by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
11.Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. By continuing to use the service you accept it.
12.Contact
Send questions about these terms to info@tenderradar.dilami.pro.
